Missions

• Product costing, analysis and the management-ready summary and presentation are your main tasks.
• You are the partner for the project teams, sales and the link between the functions of the plant Wemding
• You will work out product costs for new products in the quotation phase with the purchasing department, the production department and the project based on the BOMs, investment and production plans and support the CAA / IAR process.
• You will prepare the appropriate cost break-downs for the customers and assist the project and sales team in an advisory capacity during workshops and customer visits
• You will create "Cost-Follow-Up's" for new and existing products to support the PO, plant and production department management teams
• You will calculate hourly rates and cost scenarios as requested for changes in the manufacturing process, product costs for replacement requirements or specific individual requests
• You will support colleagues from other Valeo sites as required with costing topics and analysis needs for winning new orders.
• You will represent the material controllers for unit costing in SAP as part of the internal controlling organization.

Profile

• Successfully completed studies (economics with additional technical knowledge, technical studies or technician training with additional business training)
• Professional experience in the field of product costing, preferably in an international or multinational industrial company
• REFA certificate desirable
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office (Excel)
• Very good German and English language skills
• Ability to work in a team and result-oriented
• Conceptual, independent working style and proactive approach to solutions
• High resilience, persuasiveness and strong communication skills
