Your challenges

• Processing of customer orders with the help of SAP system and BMW customer portal
• Tracking of delivery dates
• Pricing coordination with customers or internally with project management and production site
• Written documentation of deliveries with the help of internal databases (including Excell)
• Support with other administrative tasks such as reporting, price disputes, overdues

Profile

• You are graduated from a bachelor or master degree in a business school
• It’s not mandatory to have experience in it
• You have a fluent level of english and german if possible
• You have good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and if possible SAP
• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
