Missions

Analyze the Security risks and develop security concept

• Perform Security Analysis
• Define security mitigation
• Define security concept for product by considering the product and backend constraints
• Support RFQ projects on evaluation of possible technical solutions and align with suppliers

Define the system architecture of the product

• Apply Valeo Security standard and processes
• Identify and support management of technical risks of the system architectures in projects
• Propose constant improvement in relation with platform

Secure the product robustness, apply standards

• Enforce standards system solutions
• Support métier Design Review
• Manage the link with other métiers / calling for hierarchical support if needed
• Capitalization of the know-how (Standardization, Specifications, technical reports, processes, guidelines, trainings)
• Support penetration testing

Support métier requirement management

• Provides inputs and requirements to the métier for the development
• Interface with customer for métier architecture content
• Contribute to refine the functions into the right sub-systems (system mechanical software – hardware …)
• Coordinate Security meetings on site

Distribute and split the functions per métier

Translate security system requirements in métiers security requirements
In collaboration with the different competences (Métiers) define the functions into the right sub-systems
(System Mechanics Software Hardware …)
Ensure the inter-operability of all sub-systems

Profile

• Several years of experience in embedded software development in a larger team or some years in role architect
• Common understanding of security concepts
• Knowledge and experience in Security Methods and Pen Testing
• Knowledge in symmetric / asymmetric cryptographic algorithms
• Very good knowledge in C/C++
• Your experience in ISO21434 Road Vehicle Cyber Security Engineering is a plus
• Excellent documentation skills
• You have good communication skills: English language is a must, German a plus
• You are an outgoing, self-confident personality with team player capabilities
• Knowledge on ISO21434 & SAE J3061
