Missions

• Guiding and supervising international teams of engineers or developers throughout the project lifecycle -Developing project plans, defining scope, and ensuring projects are executed according to plan -Managing R&D resources, including personnel, hours budget, and equipment, to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively
• Possessing a strong understanding of technical concepts and methodologies relevant to the projects they lead
• Communicating with stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and senior management, to ensure alignment and address any concerns
• Ensuring that projects meet the required quality standards and customer expectations
• Identifying and resolving technical and logistical challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle

Profile

• Completed university of applied sciences degree in electronics, mechatronics or mechanical engineering
• Strong technical background and knowledge of relevant technologies (​Embedded software development, Automotive hardware development, Mechatronic systems, hydraulic systems (optional))
• Competence in requirements analysis and architecture design. -Comprehensive understanding of development processes (e.g. ASPICE, ISO26262)
• Proven project management experience, including planning, execution, and resource management (at least 3 years)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and German
• Ability to lead and motivate teams
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
