Tasks

Your responsibilities will include:

• You will work on international human resources information systems (HR-IS) projects, develop new HR-IS tools (e.g. time management, electronic personnel files, global employee files) and support the change management of existing HR-IS tools (competence and training management, recruitment, etc.) in Germany.
• You will also work on the local tool support of SAP-HR (administration, authorization and user support).
• You will also help us put our vision HR tools are user friendly, integrated, reliable, quick and significantly add value to our work, employee satisfaction and people management, by enabling us to have the right data, in the right format, at the right time into practice.

Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Bachelor / Master in Economics, Business, Business Informatics, Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience in information systems and project management
• Experience with SAP HR R/3 or equivalent is desirable
• Good communication skills, team player, ability to think outside the box
• English: fluent / negotiation level
• French: fluent / negotiation level
• German: advanced skills
