Tasks

• You process customer orders using the SAP system and customer portals
• You track delivery dates and ensure timely follow-up
• You coordinate with customers, project management, and the production site when uncertainties arise
• You document deliveries using internal databases, including Excel
• You support administrative activities such as reporting
• You assist the BMW sales team in all ramp-up project activities
• You communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• You work collaboratively within the team and quickly familiarise yourself with new topics

Profile

• You are graduated from a Business, Administration, or International Management degree
• You already have experience in customer service, order management, or administrative coordination
• You have a fluent level of English and (German is really appreciated)
• You have good communication skills, an international mindset, and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
• You are humble, attentive, positive, professional, and demonstrate a strong sense of diplomacy
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
