Mission

• Analyze variances between planned and actual results and provide recommendations for management and relevant departments
• Contribute to the monthly planning cycle by ensuring correct Net Sales valorization as well as preparation of the Finance Deck
• Monitoring of the evolution of financial KPI's and important business drivers
• Improve financial and performance monitoring systems, including those for analysis, planning and reporting
• Support the implementation of new financial management and controlling tools and methods.
• Assist in driving transformation initiatives within the Controlling function

Profile

• Successfully completed Master’s in Business Administration with focus on finance or controlling
• First experience through internships, ideally in a relevant sector
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and detail orientation
• Proactive, curious mindset and strong communication skills
• Independent and structured working style combined with a solution-oriented approach
• Fluent language skills in English, German is a plus
