Web Product Owner - German market, Germany

Young and dynamic Startup, specialized in e-commerce wants to develop their activity on the European market.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Co-founder of the Company, your are in charge of the P&L of your Country. Your role is to be the intersection between business, technology and user experience, focused on maximizing business value from products in :

• Building a local vision of the products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on your experience, your contact with customers and prospects, the quantitative data from your web analytics, research reports, market trends and statistics
• Scoping and prioritizing activities based on business and customer impact
• Developing product pricing and positioning strategy
• Defining a roadmap of improvements and iterative development
• Driving product optimizations across the marketing and technical team
• Evaluating promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and relevant with local market
• Driving the acquisition campaigns and developing the traffic : negotiate, purchase and monitor media space in order to reach the highest number of people in the target audience
• Collecting and analyzing sales and consumer data with the indicators : click rates, conversion and transformation rates, CPA...,
• Monitoring the effectiveness of your marketing, sales and product development plans.

Requirements

• Graduate in Marketing
• Proven work in Product Management for the German Market, ideally in an e-commerce company
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategy and effectively communicate recommandations to executive management
• Solid technical background with understanding software development and web technologies
• Proactive and creative
• Good strategic vision and analytical skills
• German, English fluent ; French langage is a plus
