Missions

• Assist in managing employee time and attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process
• Support the HR team in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions
• Assist in organizing job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and HR databases
• Prepare and distribute recruitment-related documentation, such as offer letters and employment contracts
• Contribute to the development and implementation of time management and recruitment strategies
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Profile

• Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, etc.)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude
• Availability to work part-time during regular business hours

• Good analytical and conceptual skills
• Capacity to work on a multi-cultural and fast-changing environment
• Fluency in English and German; French is a plus
